"My car broke down in southern Kansas and B&L came out on a Saturday to get me towed back to my home town in Oklahoma. He asked a few questions to understand the condition of my vehicle so he knew what equipment he might need to get me towed. He was very professional, polite, and arrived when he said he would. Since I travel through this area often, it is good to know that there is a reliable tow service nearby that I can rely on."
